  • Went camping over the weekend! (It's in Kootonay park, and our campground was called Red Streak) First, our plan was to go to the Radium Hot springs, and we did! At first we had our doubts because when we drove by because all we saw was the swimming pool and not the hot spring itself. But we asked around if that was the actual Radium Hot Springs and it was! Haha silly us, we thought the springs were in the town itself! Not 2km below the town..

     
      



    We arrived at the hot springs at around 11 am, since we left the house at 7:30ish~ i believe. We bathed in the hot springs till 12:30, something like that. Hahah. Afterwards, we continued heading south to the Radium town itself. It's quite small actually. But the town itself had some amazing views. 

     
    After walking in the town for a bit, we decided to check in at our campsite!

     

    Next morning we decided to go check out the other places near Radium. So we decided to go to Invermere which is actually situated around wetlands, and the town is actually right under Radium. (Radium is on like a big hill...)

    This was from a really tall cliff/hill, to thr left of this picture that was where town Invermere was.

    There were actually two beaches in the town, but the Infomation lady told us to go to the further one because she personally thought it was nicer.
    It was SO HOT~ It was at least 26+ on the beach. We arrived a bit early right before the whole place got buzzin. I sun tanned a bit, cuz it was so nice outside. Haha! And hour later, there were so many people playing in the waters and tanning. Oh btw~ The waters were extremely cold, i'm not sure about later during the day. It could of been a tiny bit warmer since there was more sun. I have a tinge of regret not going in the waters when it started to really heat up!

  •              Skipppped volunteering last week.
    Checked bank account, surprisingly i got paid from Chinese school. Got like 51.71$? for like working for several hours. Easy peasy.

    Went shopping with Yvonne on Sat at Chinook, she 'retrieved' lots of samples. LMFAO.
    Bought pair of jeans at D-TOX, yo they look so punk and sparkly!
    We both bought a pair of boots together~ Really loved her's but they didn't have my size.

    Afterward meet up with Grace we went to TD did some window shopping. Mostly talked and walked around.
    Then meet up wif Pat at around 5 coz she just got off of Chinese school.

    Went to THREE different places.

    Afterwards went shopping at Sunridge with Yvonne. Bought quite a lot of things~

  • This would just be a short post..

    Omg, recently  I just noticed there are a lot of Gyaru styled models out there with short hair.
    Hahah, i'm so in love with their style and makeup.. If only I had the money to purchase all the things I want from their magazines..

    Oh, do you remember me obsessing over the extensions i bought off of eBay like a year ago?
    Well I've never really gotten a chance to wear them properly, like full head. I only used 1-2 before when I wanted the longer hair effect.
    Well 2 days before I dyed my hair orangy/blonde I wore them! All of them! All 6-8 pieces!

    Haha! They actually came in good use! But not they're worthless since I can't even use them anymore!
    And that was my first time using all of my extensions in one use!

  • This past month was like the month of change.  You know why I say that? Well first of all, I finnally decided to cut my hair short! And i don't mean some half assed trim,  I mean a bob! I'm dead serious! I done it at MC college and they done a pretty good job.  Its been nearly 8 years since I last cut it short. I believe, I aws 8 years old when i sheered off most of my hair. And I guess, I needed a change to my image thats why I suddenly got a hair cut. Plus I wanted to get rid of all my split/dry/damaged/dyed ends. Yeah! It sounds bad right? If you seen it in real life, I'm 100% sure you would've ran the other direction. Hahhaah! Okay, fine im exaggerating but you understand what I'm trying to get at. As a result, I went full out and snipped off all my hair.
     
    ALSO. I went sandy brown blonde!!! Just today! I missed english, double spare and chem just to do this! I know,  what type if student am I? Skipping classes just to do my hair. Haha sounds insane too. But that's alright, I made sure today we weren't doing anything important. The dyeing process toke nearly 4 hours! From 9:30am till 1:20pm. It was insane! Its just that my natural hair color is so black they had to cocktail it (bleech with shampoo it). My hair was ranging between a 1.0-2.0 and i wanted to jump up to a 6.3-7.3. So that;s nearly 5 shades lighter! Insane right? Well it looks good now hahaha, even though I have a feeling my mother is going  to flip shit. But.. thats arlight what can she do. lol

    Okay so first we did the cocktail. Which is bleach in shampoo, it is not as damaging as full on bleach because cocktails are just to lift out the color to just a lighter shade. So, for me it's just going from a black to a light orange/brown/blonde.  And bleaching is just going to pure white.

    So ^ that was the first time she put in the cocktail and put me under the huge hot heater thingy.. You can  the dark dark brown near the top because they were transitioning from black. In this picture my bangs were completely blonde, my bangs were the first part that turn blonde on my head.

    Since sections of my hair were still black/brown they applied more 'cocktail' to the spots there were not blonde yet.


    So ^ this is the second time I went under the heater thing with freshly applied 'cocktail'.
    You can now drastically tell there are not as much dark hairs compared to the two other pictures from the first process. This time there was only that little patch of brown here and there.  Since there were still patches of brown here and there I had to go do it a third time! Again, the 'cocktail' was rinsed then reapplied to the spots that need to be blonde.

    So after the third and final try, my head was COMPLETELY orange/blonde. It looked pretty intense. But i have to admit, i did not suit that color! HAHAH. When I was walking back to the chair, i could feel a zillion's of eye boring into my skull. Everyone thought that ^THAT ^ was going to be my final color. LOL NO WAY HOZAY. I looked like RONALD MCDONALD LOLOL. Thats what my hairstylist said! Haha. Her name was Brittany btw. She was a extremly sweet girl, it was really fun talking to her. Anyways enough said.

    This ^ was my final color after the third try of color lifting.

    That was the color after! Crazy righht? In the previous pictures the color didn't show up that well because the lighting was really bad. But this picture was how it was NEARLY like in real life. In actuality, the color was more intense orange. It was pretty bad i have to admit, I was shocked even! You see where I'm sitting? Right near a window! Could you imagine how many people pointed at me? And waved to me? From the train they were sitting on? (the light blue, dark blue thing behind my head) Haha, i felt like a freak. .______.''  HAHA.

    Continuing... after sitting there being pointed and waved at from people outside. She started to dye my hair the color i wanted it.

    The one in red is the color i wanted. It was like a coppery/brown.


    Thats the 7.3 hair dye! But.. apparently she had to mix different colors in, so this dye wasn't completely 7.3
    It was like a mix of 1/4 ash grey color, 1/4 of something else, and 1/2 7.3 color. The reason why she mixed it all up was because she needed to neutralize the orange color from the color lifting (cocktail).


    ^ That is like.. 10 mins into the dying process.

    Now this was 30 mins into dyeing process. See the drastic change in the hair color? Its much more ashy/dark toned color. The whole time, my scalp was like burning and itchy. Oh the great lengths for a the things  person has to give up for aesthetics! HAHA

    SO!!!!! FINAL PRODUCT!!!

    See! Its tottallly not the same color as 7.3! Its like 2x lighter then what I expected it to be! Sigh.. Well gee.. it turn out pretty light didnt it? Hahah but thats  OKAY!!! I LOVE IT!!   (even though my mom will kill me)

    But the thing that bugs me the most is that my eye brows are black. LOL blonde and black eyebrows? I don't really know.. its werid. But i guess my eyebrows are sort of light so i dont really need to tint it with dye. I'll see. Hahah!

  • The last couple of days of march was pretty amazing for me. And I have a feeling that this month would be pretty spectacular as well! Why? Because spring break for me was pretty fun. This year I didn't laze around and go bonkers. This year I actually did things to keep myself preoccupied. I started to get to know my friends a whole lot better.

      

    March 26th was the last day of classes, till we were let free onto out vacation. That day I had spare last period so all the people who had spare with me went to SuperStore to grab some lunch. After me and Jason ditched to go to the job fair that Superstore was having upstairs in the community room. So that toke approx. 40 minutes to get done. It included filling out some forms and having an interview with certain department managers. It went like a breeze, and before i knew it, it was already 3? I wasn't exactly sure, but my mind was more preoccupied about being late for lunch. So later after the interviews, I met myself up  with Pat, Carolyn, Danny, Grace and Ryan. And we went to a light lunch at my not so favorite restaurant-Sakana Grill. Well I suppose that its not the lunch that counts, its the people you are with. So afterward we all headed home, it was quite early too i guess..



    March 27th, I woke up pretty early because I "thought" I had to volunteer at Chinese School, but i realized that the kids didnt have to go to school because of Spring Break. But my whole motive was actually to go shopping with Yvonne and go watch movies. I obviously planned this the day before, I lied to my mom saying that;

    "Oh, since I don't have to volunteer today, Ill go over to Yvonne's house to finish up a Marketing project."

    Hence, she believed me and set me free. During that same morning, she made a crepe for my breakfast, and she did not wrap it properly. So all the juices split all over my jeans while she was driving me to Yvonne's house. Course, I was mad, and consequently, it ruined my whole morning. After that incident in the car, it made me all cranky till I went to Yvonne's house. LOL Seeing her brightens my day. :)

    So after that, I suggested that we toke the 3 all the way to Chinook instead of having to transfer onto a C-train. And we both realized that taking the 3 all the way to Chinook was much more faster than transferring. Including the walking time you have to get from the bus stop to Chinook. After shopping, I had to meet up with Pat and them at Studio 16 to watch a movie. In the end, we watched Alice in Wonderland in 3D. It was pretty good, but personally I think that watching movies in 3D version is a bit expensive and not that nice to watch. I mean, sure the movie was great and everything but watching it in 3D doesn't really bring all the colors out. Everything seems a bit "tinited" because of the shades that you are supposed to wear. So, for me the downfall of watching movies in 3D is that the colors on screen 'aint that nice compared to watching a movie normally. Anyways, after that we went to go get some Starbucks and get some grub at Mary Browns. Btw, I think the chicken there is quite dry for my likings. haha Ohh at the same time we meet up with Danny and Ryan, and I ordered my contacts off from Danny. I ordered 3 pairs, for like 30 bucks yo. Haha! He gave me a discount ;) Thanks btww~

    Anyways, so on the 28th I chilled at home, slept in. Hanged out with my parents for the entire day. Yeah, Sundays are nice days to relax before you start the week.

     

    So on the 29th, Yvonne and I went out shopping AGAIN LOL. We both decided on going to Market mall and checked out the prom/grad dresses at Laura Petite. They all fitted her nicely, but she still couldn't decide on what to get. So in the end we didn't pick out the "purfect" dress. But, that doesn't really matter since we were just looking for the prices anyways. After a long day of shopping we decided to have a quick snack at Bubble Mania. Since we haven't been there together for almost a year! The entire transportation ride, we both played on my DS, it was a Jewel Game. LOL its addicting! We toke some pretty funny and weird pictures.
      



    March 31st Sally invited a couple of people to her house for a baking party. Yeah i know it sounds  geeky, but surprisingly it was a lot of fun. Even though Pat and I had nothing to do with the baking. We came late, around 1 because we went to go eat before going to her house.

    The cupcakes we frosted.. hehe we didnt bake em though. = =;;

     Ah.. Pat I am so jealous. you have such white skin.. * ^ *


     We had a lot of fun playing.. "spoons" but instead of using spoons we used empty water bottles.
    Haha everyone probably screamed like crazy when they got their 4 cards. It was super fun, everyone was so hyped up yo.

    April 1st, Pat and I went shopping together at TD Square, we didn't purchase anything but our whole motive was to go to Comeback Cafe. Haha, we walked n talked for 2-3 hours, then we headed to the cafe. I was surprised to see how nostalgic it made me feel. The renovations they made on the place, were a bit old. However, it had a very rural countryside touch to it. It felt really natural, and a really nice place to relax and catch up with friends. Maybe because it was really quiet and the music wasn't pumping loud.

     I forgot to take a picture of the wall i was sitting next to, they had a paper screen with dried leaves on it. I thought it looked pretty nice!

    Pat's drink was 'Pudding Milk Tea w/pearls'.
     My drink was ' Pineapple Mango Yogurt Frappe w/pearls'.

     We also ordered, Takoyaki-which was pretty expensive 5 for 6 bucks..- and 10 Salt n Pepper Chicken wings.

    My sister told me that the girls who worked there wore really cute maid styled uniforms. But I didnt realize that the people who worked on that day wasn't wearing their uniforms. I realized that after until my sister pointed that out later that night. Later that night, meaning... I went there AGAIN! Hahaha! With my parents, Jennifer and Chris. It was really fun because it felt like a family night out. Haha! I'm pretty sure the guy who served Pat and I, recognized me. My mom ordered a Almond drink idk.. but it tasted a bit sweet, but i liked it.

    This was called Malt Milk Tea w/pearls. The little dish in between the cup and the milk tea was the malt powder you added in. I also thought that was super cool how they let you add in as much as you want. It made it taste a whole lot sweeter and... more essency.. lol if that makes sense. Anyways it was REALLY GOOD.
    I would seriously recommend this drink to all of my friends, even thought i have no darn bloody clue what malt is!
    Im glad it turned out good, because when i ordered this, i had not bloody clue what the hell malt was. LOL
     
    LOL oh yeah, and in that evening we all played big 2 and slap jack. hehe

    April 2nd, which was yesterday was a hella hectic day! It was super fun because I went snowboarding at Sunshine with Andy and Elody-she was at lesson for the entire day. Andy skied, and I snowboarded. Everyone woke up at 6:30 am and we all arrived there at around 10. We started to get on the hill at around 11, and we played till 4:00pm After that we picked up Karen and my Mom and headed down to the the hot springs.

    Augh, I never knew he was so good at skiing, Andy had to wait for me each time we go down a run. Because i toke so long! Plus that was my second time at Sunshine, since Iris came to visit my sister. I wasn't really remembering the tracks and how they went. I fell a lot, to the point I got winded. LOL i couldn't breathe for like a minute, gasping for air. Honestly, I wiped out so many times its not even funny. To the point where my ENTIRE body is sore from it. Its not those light crashes, i fell HARD. Not on my ass either, some landed face forward, or my entire body lunging downhill. Hell it was bad. LOL I tried to do jumps and shit, fuck, I landed so hard on my knees they both have bruises. LOL. Yeah but it was hella fun, i went all out. We both ate OUTSIDE.......... I was expecting to eat inside, but there were so many people we just decided to join the crowd and eat outside in the snow. LOL it was even snowing when we were eating outside.

    Yeah, it was hella bright out there. I couldn't even keep my eyes open without them watering.

    Anyways, for the entire day there was not one moment of sunshine. So called for Sunshine Village, ironic isn't it? Haha. Well, there was sunshine seeping through the clouds for 5 minutes. But other than that, it was all dark and cloudy and it snowed a bit too. It wasn't warm at all either, it was hella cold and windy. But i guess, i picked up speed from the weather.
         

    After snowboarding for like 5 hours, i was pretty darn tired. The entire time, i bet i was running on adrenaline. Even after we changed out of our gear and picked up Karen/Mom my hands were still shaking. I wasn't sure if my muscles were too excited or my body is still pumped with the adrenaline. Either way, my arms and hands were lifeless. I couldn't even push a door open because I was soo weak. We all headed to the hot springs around 6 and bathed till 7-7:30 i believe. It was fun, allowing myself to relax in a hot bath full of people. LOL. Actually, there was a ton of people in the hot spring, i couldn't even find a place to sit without touching another person.

    After a tiring but sorta relaxing day we went to go eat Japanese food at a very small but well known place for their food called.. I forgot the name LOL.

    I ordered a Beef Udon with Onions.
    Oh gosh, eating the udon was soo good. It wasn't you typical pre-packaged ones you get from TnT supermarket or something. These were the real shitz, the ones they make from scratch and sweat! Hahaha!
    After that we left Banff and headed home. I got back home around 11, and i literally passed out on my bed. I changed and like went to sleep directly. I was soo tired, i couldn't even keep a straight and logical conversation going.

    So now April 3rd, here i am lying here in bed typing this all up. Because my entire body is soo sore, i can't even sit up straight. I feel like im bedridden in this condition. The aftermath of snowboarding, left me in this state. LOL! Im not even able to bend my head without my skin and muscles screaming out at me in pain. I feel like shit. I even had to ask my mom for help to get me out of bed! Thats how much it hurts! Write now, my hands are still trembling... LOL nott a very good sign.. I can't even lift out my arm or stretch them out for peak sakes! Sigh im so tired right now.. I dont even want to type anymore. Plus.. i have to go to a dinner tonight. So i guess ill take a quick nap now and update some more later! Plus i still have to transfer my photos from my trip yesterday onto my phone!

  • Talked to Joanne, haven't talked to her in like literally 2 years!
    I feel sad sometimes. I think about my friends that have moved away in the past 5 years? Well since Junior High, and like.. most of them left. My close ones anyways.. Makes me feel sad that we are all heading separate paths and stuff. Hate it when that happens.. You were so close this one day and then the next you just drift apart. I really miss you Joanne, honest to god!

    I am determined to work my bloody arse off in all my courses.
    I have to get a crazy good mark in all my Grade 12 courses, baby!

  • turned 16 on the 30th!!
    happy birthday to myself.
    got some gifts, can't post up the pics coz ran outta my monthly upload pic limit...

    things that were promised were never achieved.
    im such a hypocritical swine thinking of things that are already over.
    fucking stupid.

    started the pharmacy tech thing lst week monday,
    it seems fun. not as scary as expected since its a SAIT course.
    the teacher is so damn hilarious.
    people in my class are so gay, nothing pretty to look at.
    yep im shallow.

    started drama called "You're Beautiful".
    so hilarious.. i dont think i laughed like that for a while. like seriously.
    too many things happened for the past two months.
    i feel like im just evading things and trying to hard ease everything.
    im always trying to keep myself occupied.
    oh btw, yonghwa. is. so. fucking. HOT. haha
